Staff Accountant - Hybrid

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1-3 years of corporate accounting experience who wants to build a strong foundation while working alongside an experienced Controller and accounting leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, cash application, and special projects
• Improving processes, creating more efficient workpapers, and helping optimize a new ERP environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 1-3 years of corporate accounting experience
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliation
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Process improvement mindset and willingness to learn
