Job Duties
Oversee maintenance and repair of stadium facilities, including carpentry, painting, custodial, and skilled trades operations.
Supervise staff across all shifts, including assigning work, conducting evaluations, and providing training and development.
Ensure the stadium, grounds, and facility systems remain safe, clean, and fully operational.
Plan and manage construction and maintenance projects, including developing cost estimates, monitoring timelines, and ensuring quality control.
Develop bid packages, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor and contractor performance.
Monitor service agreements and review/approve contractor invoices for payment.
Manage divisional budgets and procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required reports and operational records.
Work additional hours as needed during snow and ice emergencies, flood preparation and response efforts, and throughout football season and other special events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience in facilities management which indicates a thorough knowledge of management practices, mechanical and electrical engineering practices, construction management, facility maintenance and repair, contract and maintenance agreements.
- Demonstrable ability to apply management principles to practical work situations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of residency.
