Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact for renovations, relocations, and other larger-scale projects and integrations; collaborate with internal stakeholders, and architects and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Cook up maintenance, manage work orders and SLA compliance in relevant portals, perform site inspections, and ensure all building systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.) function optimally and premises are well-maintained.
  • Maintain relationships with property management and local stakeholders, supervise facility operations, actively participate in office construction and facilities projects and track status of open items to completion; monitor multi-office equipment lifecycles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations at a firm and local level; coordinate firm-implemented emergency planning and training.
  • Monitor budgets, review contracts, and assist with reconciliation of departmental expenses.

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Have proven experience in facilities, office, or property management, with a strong focus in project oversight or management (5+ years).
  • Possess strong knowledge of building systems and facility software.
  • Possess excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
