Sr. Trade Marketing Specialist
Position Summary
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Sr. Specialist to drive in-market execution and accelerate sales performance across key channels. This role will play a critical part in translating brand and business strategies into impactful trade marketing programs that enhance visibility, optimize promotions, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with annual business and sales objectives to increase product visibility and sales
Execute and evaluate trade promotions, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars by channel, while managing trade marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support key customer initiatives and account-specific programs and with Marketing teams to support new product launches through pricing strategy, promotional planning, and in-market execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customers' needs to develop trade marketing strategies and identify potential opportunities
Analyze sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and market data to drive actionable insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross-functional teams
Pay
The base salary for this position is between $76,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.
Schedule
This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
