Sr Technical Project/Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives within a fast-paced insurance environment. This role will drive project execution, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-complexity projects and programs, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology teams are completed, approved, and delivered on schedule.
• Manage resources across multiple delivery partners while maintaining scope, budget, and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Mentor team members and help foster a collaborative, high-performing environment within a matrixed organization.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred where applicable.
• 5+ years of project/program management or related experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project delivery experience.

Qualifications

Insurance, health plan, payer, claims, enrollment, benefits administration, or related industry experience preferred.
