Sr. Technical Project/Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project / Program Manager to coordinate and lead high-complexity technical projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating business and technology partners, overseeing resource allocation, and supporting a high-performing team in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives.
• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules.
• Manage allocated resources across multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback to foster a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
