About the role
The WWDE Advanced Concept Team defines and develops next-generation fulfillment center concepts before they enter firm engineering and construction phases. Our work directly shapes the template architectures deployed across Amazon's global network.

- Build executive-level program documentation (business cases, concept approvals) and present to senior leadership
- Drive stakeholder alignment across partner technology teams from ideation through design approval
- Establish team mechanisms (WBRs, program cadences, design review gates) that create operational rhythm and accountability
- Lead strategic planning and resource allocation — defining priorities, balancing headcount, and deploying capacity against highest-impact opportunities
