Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo

About the role

The Technical Program Manager role will be at the forefront of driving B2B2X technology solutions especially with "sell with" and B2B2B customers for Amazon Leo. The role will own project plans, align teams, track progress for multiple inter-connected work streams, think globally and act locally in delivering the best customer experience in any region.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, accounting, partner engagement team, Solution Architects, Sales and Business teams.
• Take on end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Owning the end to end management and implementation of the communication between customers and internal teams.
• Defining and delivering the program, including keeping stakeholders informed with status, holding teams accountable to their deliverables, identifying and resolving blocking issues to ensure the delivery.
• Delivering the launch plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own communication to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various work streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Export Control Requirement

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
