Sr. Product Manager - Tech , Amazon Leo

Key job responsibilities

• Play the role of a business liaison, product and technology leader, and own the delivery of systems across the end to end customer journey.
• Work closely with senior business and software engineering leaders to define requirements, conceptualize solutions, facilitate development, and deploy enterprise solutions.
• Tangible goals and deliverables to enable system development and readiness to scale globally and deliver the best customer experiences through service delivery.
• Possess great written and verbal communication skills and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
• Be structured and flexible at the same time to learn as the business evolves.
• Provide visibility and clear communication up to senior leadership, author operation plans, business reviews documents, and communicate to the broader Leo team.
• Lead large, global, and complex technology initiatives in a large business unit, working cross-functionally with a number of business and technical teams.
• The ability to think and move quickly and is inspired to build mechanisms to simplify and continuously innovate.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
