Key job responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams and business units.
  • Define program strategy, establish success criteria, and hold self and others accountable for outcomes, not just activities.
  • Identify risks and blockers early and act immediately to resolve them, escalating with data and proposed solutions rather than waiting for direction.
  • Challenge proposals, timelines, and technical approaches when you believe they are wrong, even when it is uncomfortable or unpopular.
  • Build mechanisms that create transparency, accelerate decision-making, and prevent recurring failures.
  • Influence VP-level stakeholders and partner teams without formal authority, earning credibility through your depth of understanding, clarity of communication, and track record of delivering results.
  • Define and drive operational excellence across your programs, establishing metrics, review cadences, and escalation paths that ensure sustained delivery velocity.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
