Sr. Structural Project Engineer- Bridges
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate etc.
We need to parse the job posting.
Key sections:
- Description: "Join us to shape communities..." This is prose; could be under About the role? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description. We'll put that as About the role
with
containing that description. - About Our Firm: That's about company, not role. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but we only have allowed headings. Could include under About the role as well. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could put About the role includes description and about firm. Or we could have separate sections like "About the firm" but not allowed heading. So we incorporate into About the role. - How You Will Make An Impact: This is like responsibilities. Could be under Responsibilities heading. - Responsibilities: Already a heading in posting. We'll use that. - Requirements: Already a heading. - Why You’ll Love Working At NTH: This includes benefits, rewards, etc. Could be split into Benefits, Pay, etc. We have headings Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract specific content. From "Why You’ll Love Working At NTH": - Rewards For Performance- We recognize great work with competitive pay with a generous compensation program to reward performance. Bonus programs are available for eligible roles. => Pay info: competitive pay, bonus programs. - Career Roadmaps & Professional Growth- ... => could be under Qualifications? Not exactly. Could be under Skills? Might be under Qualifications? But we have Qualifications heading allowed. Could include career development as Qualifications? Might be better to put under Benefits? Actually it's about growth, could be under Benefits? But we have Benefits heading for medical etc. Could create a section "Qualifications" for career roadmaps? Might be okay. - Project Excellence- ... => could be under Skills? Not sure. - Planning For Your Future- 401(k) with company match, ESOP => Benefits. - Flexible-Hybrid Work Environment- => Schedule? Actually flexible hybrid work environment is about work arrangement, could be Schedule? Might be under Benefits? Could be under Schedule? The heading Schedule is for work schedule details. Could include flexible-hybrid. - Generous Time Off- => Benefits (time off). - Road to Wellness- => Benefits (wellness). - Comprehensive Benefits- list of medical etc => Benefits. - Inclusive & Engaging Culture- => Benefits? Could be under Benefits as cultural benefits. - Chief Pet Officer (CPO) Competition- => maybe under Benefits as fun perk. - Ownership Statement: about ESOP ownership => Benefits. - Work Authorization: need to include maybe as a short p under Requirements? Could be under Requirements? It's a requirement. Could be under Requirements as a bullet. - AAP/EEO Statement: boilerplate to remove. - Notice To Third Party Agencies: boilerplate to remove. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, but we can drop boilerplate. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to decide which sections to emit.
Potential sections:
- About the role (description + about firm + how you will make impact? Actually How You Will Make An Impact is more like responsibilities; we could put that under Responsibilities.)
- Responsibilities (list of duties from "How You Will Make An Impact" and maybe also from Responsibilities heading? Actually the posting has a "Responsibilities" heading? It says "Responsibilities include research, system selection..." under How You Will Make An Impact? Let's re-read: Under "How You Will Make An Impact" paragraph: "Perform structural and geotechnical analysis, design, and documentation for projects involving interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include research, system selection, analysis, and preparation of drawings and specifications in compliance with industry standards. Develop or review project-specific design and calculation packages, including construction cost estimates. Supervise or perform monitoring of construction operations, including structural rehabilitation and earthwork / excavation support installations and preparing engineering field reports. Coordinate construction quality control services, conduct periodic site visits, and review daily field reports prepared by others. Prepare technical proposals and fee estimates."
Thus that is responsibilities.
Then there is a separate "Requirements" heading with bullet-like sentences.
Thus we will have:

We also might include a Qualifications section? Not needed if we covered requirements. But we could include Qualifications for things like "Career Roadmaps & Professional Growth" and "Project Excellence". However we already have Requirements covering qualifications. The posting also has "Career Roadmaps & Professional Growth" and "Project Excellence" which are more about development opportunities, could be under Benefits as professional growth. We could add to Benefits: career planning program, project excellence track, mentoring. Let's incorporate. Add to Benefits list: "Career planning program with quarterly manager meetings and clear career roadmaps", "Project Excellence career track with training and mentoring for project management". Thus Benefits list expands. Now ensure we don't repeat info. We must not include headings
