Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager, Psych (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define long-term strategy and new business opportunities
• Research, scope, and pilot new service launches or business lines
• Analyze patient and payor LTVs to enhance unit economics
• Develop actionable pilots for high-impact strategic initiatives
• Influence key business decisions with rigorous analytical thinking and operational instincts

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles in high-growth startups or mid-sized companies
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex financial modeling and large dataset analysis
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models and execution plans
• Exceptional communication skills to synthesize complex topics for executive stakeholders
• Strong executive presence, experience engaging with senior leaders, and navigating ambiguity
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
