About the role
This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a core team member with advisors and project leaders on client engagements
- Develop and align strategic objectives with business goals while driving technology solutions
- Establish project milestones and monitor adherence to timelines and schedules
- Manage decision processes based on defined goals and success metrics
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Author and negotiate Statements of Work and contract changes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while communicating effectively in various settings
Requirements
- Minimum five years of business and technology management experience in Professional Services
- End-to-end experience with the SDLC process; Managed Services experience is advantageous
- Proven track record in leading programs for small to medium-sized organizations
- Strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with diverse viewpoints
- Experience in healthcare or related domains focused on Digital Transformation engagement
- Understanding of regulatory considerations for the Healthcare Industry

Pay
$170,000 – $200,000 annually
