About the role

The Manager, Strategy & Advisory will support product and services engagements from an enablement perspective, ensuring successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a core team serving clients, including Senior Advisors, Solution Architects, Engagement/Managing Directors, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Program/Project Managers and Associates.
  • Solve complex business and technology issues by establishing strategic objectives, developing program approaches aligned with business goals, and leading business-driven technology engagements.
  • Assist in establishing milestones, monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, and identifying and resolving program problems.
  • Manage decision processes and requirements based on goals and success measures.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and participate in contract negotiation and financial terms coordination.
  • Manage client relationships, present to broad audiences, and work day-to-day with clients.
  • Provide effective communication of issues and solutions through written and verbal formats.
  • Lead engagements involving complex analysis, problem structuring, and client impact.
  • Accountable for program outcomes, contributing to analysis, design, and implementation of business performance for sustainable results.
  • Manage and develop junior consulting team members.
  • Responsible for opportunity generation and business development.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years of business and technology management experience in a Professional Services environment.
  • End-to-end experience with the SDLC process; experience with Managed Services is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading programs with small to medium-sized organizations.
  • Strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams with diverse perspectives.
  • Interest in gaining functional/technical experience with Networking, Security, Cloud, and Data/Analytics solution planning and execution.
  • Healthcare or related operational/functional/data domain experience to drive Digital Transformation engagements across healthcare segments, business units, applications, and infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of key regulatory considerations and solution implications for the Healthcare Industry (payers, providers, or life sciences).
  • Teamwork and collaboration; willingness to invest in team success.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Prior experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering or technical staff, in a project execution capacity.

Pay

Estimated pay range: $170,000 USD - $200,000 USD. Actual salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
