Responsibilities
- Working alongside Account Executives and other members of the Sales team to understand and identify a prospect's pain points, challenges, and business objectives.
- Working alongside Customer Success Managers and other members of the Client Experience team to understand and identify a customer's pain points, challenges, and business objectives.
