Sr Business Consultant-Remote

About the role

Brady Corp is seeking a Sr Business Consultant with strong logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience. In this role, you will operate in both pre-sale and post-sale capacities, identifying customer and prospect challenges, developing value propositions, calculating ROI opportunities, and presenting solutions effectively. Your goal is to become a trusted advisor to clients and partners while collaborating with channel partners, consultants, sales teams, solution architects, developers, and users to shape overall strategy.

This is a 100% remote position within the Central Region (IL, IN, OH, KY, TN, GA, NC) with 50% travel required. The position is eligible for an incentive plan.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer-facing activities
• Analyze growth opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and recommend product development needs
• Analyze customer operations and recommend process improvements
• Develop targeted solutions and value propositions
• Present recommended solutions and value propositions to prospects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an MBA
• 3+ years of relationship responsibility managing accounts, suppliers, or vendors
• Technical understanding of software solutions and SaaS
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with financial management and analysis
