Responsibilities
- Engage in customer-facing activities
- Analyze growth opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and recommend product development needs
- Analyze customer operations; recommend process change
- Develop targeted solutions and value propositions
- Present recommended solution and value proposition to prospects
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Qualifications
- 6 or more years’ experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics
- Relationship responsibility for managing Accounts, Suppliers or Vendors
- Technical understanding of software solutions and SaaS
- Significant consulting experience in a B2B environment; or Solution selling
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with financial management and analysis
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Ability to achieve results through influence in a fast-paced, highly matrixed-team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers across a broader organization
