About the role
The Sr. Solutions Architect, EdTech, WWPS role involves helping customers implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solving technical problems. The position requires a strong background in cloud computing technologies, application architectures, and integration approaches, along with the ability to consult and lead projects.
Responsibilities
- Owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific projects
- Defining and designing architectures
- Developing a deep expertise in AWS technologies
- Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership
- Leading efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge
Requirements
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience
- Experience in a technical role within a sales organization
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience preferred
- Experience working with end user or developer communities preferred
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies preferred
Qualifications
- Technical presentation experience – White board, small and large group presentations
- Technical – Web Services development/deployment experience, cloud computing
- Operational – Web site/services operations, management, and security
- Ability to travel 30%

Pay
Base salary range: $153,600.00 - $207,800.00 USD annually
