Sr. Software Engineer - Patient Onboarding (Remote)

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality product experiences impacting patient outcomes
• Own projects from start to finish, collaborating with Product, Design, and Analytics teams
• Run experiments and iterate on system designs using real data
• Build systems designed for performance, correctness, and scalability as the company grows
• Mentor less experienced engineers and guide them in best practices and technical decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on building and maintaining web applications
• Strong competence in API design and data modeling for distributed systems
• Experienced in modern full-stack frameworks, with a balance between frontend and backend work
• History of owning technical projects end-to-end and early identification of risks
• Experience in improving team dynamics through code reviews and mentorship of junior engineers
• Proficient in AI-assisted development tools and aware of potential technical risks they pose

Pay

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually
