Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Visit assigned markets, distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers regularly according to the approved route plan.
  • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
  • Collect sales orders from customers and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop new customers, retailers, and distribution points within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, promotional campaigns, and customer feedback.
  • Submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, stock reports, collection reports, and other required reports to the reporting supervisor.
  • Auxiliary in implementing sales promotions, trade offers, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure proper display and placement of company products at retail outlets.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Find out the uncovered route and ensure product availability.
  • Develop introduction, communication, and relation (ICR) through retailers and distributors.
  • Address customers’ queries and handle product replacement and resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales orders, stock availability, and collections.
  • Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and instructions from management.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-5 years
  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
