About the role
This position is accountable for delivering sales results across a defined portfolio of health, life and ancillary insurance products within the Southern Illinois and St. Louis territory, with a strong focus on driving production through broker and agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Building, managing, and expanding key broker relationships
- Supporting broker sales efforts through education and consultation
- Identifying territory specific growth opportunities
- Consistently achieving assigned sales goals
Requirements
- Must have State Insurance License
- 6 years experience selling health insurance products with a successful record
- Thorough knowledge of and experience with group managed health care plans
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to make presentations to groups and/or brokers
- Detailed oriented; Customer Service oriented
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Must be able to travel, including overnight stays within assigned region as necessary
Pay
Compensation: $73,500.00 - $110,300.00

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree
- Familiarity with the PC i.e., Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and OneDrive), Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
