Sr. ServiceNow Developer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on designing and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support business goals and improve operational effectiveness. You will translate requirements into technical designs, build and refine applications, and provide guidance to other developers. The position also involves evaluating implementations, performing testing, and helping drive innovation through platform improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs using ServiceNow
• Lead development of ServiceNow applications aligned with business goals
• Provide technical guidance to other ServiceNow developers
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications as needed
• Stay current on ServiceNow features and industry trends to support innovation
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve ServiceNow implementations
• Execute functionality reviews and perform testing

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; must be maintainable
• 4+ years of related professional experience
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules including GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps
• Experience with web services integration, including Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred
• Strong skills in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS

Pay

$113,000 – $188,000 annually
