For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and design business-critical solutions
- Optimize Service Cloud features like Omni-Channel and Case Management
- Build scalable integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert for sales processes
- Estimate and shape technical solutions using best practices
- Utilize Salesforce customization tools for tailored platform modifications
- Document integration configurations and provide training to end-users
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a technical or functional role responsible for custom enterprise solutions
- 4+ years of development with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Components, APIs)
- 5+ years of technical development and support experience
- Experience with Service Cloud and creating complex custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration with stakeholders
- Proven ability to integrate various SaaS systems with Salesforce
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model
Pay
$102,000 – $140,500 annually
