Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
- Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support release management, deployment activities, and CI/CD processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce development experience.
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Expert-level experience with Sales Cloud.
- Strong Hands-on Experience With:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL/SOQL
- Salesforce Security & Sharing Model
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise application development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (SFPS) is a significant plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools.
