Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable revenue growth across a portfolio of airline, travel and cruise clients by identifying opportunities and expanding strategic partnerships.
- Create opportunities for expansion, strengthen retention, influence executive stakeholders through solutioning innovative payment experiences that deliver measurable business impact.
- Build trusted relationships with operational leaders and C-suite stakeholders, strengthening client loyalty and positioning Global Payments as a long-term strategic partner.
- Shape and execute account strategies that align client business objectives with payment technology solutions, creating mutual growth and long-term value.
- Lead high-impact commercial conversations and negotiations that deliver successful outcomes for clients and Global Payments.
- Proactively identify risks, develop action plans, and drive positive client outcomes to strengthen retention and account stability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Sales professional within FinTech, payments, or financial services.
- At least 10 years of experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience within the travel industry, including airlines, cruise lines, or closely related sector.
- Prominent track record of growing accounts, retaining clients, and achieving commercial results.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.

Pay
The good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $118,300.00-$175,975.00. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
