Sr. Client Executive
Job Description
Respond to inbound leads, referrals, walk-ins, and client inquiries.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance solutions.
Support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines clients with service, coverage questions, policy changes, and account needs.
Assist with renewals, certificates, endorsements, and general account servicing.
Re-engage former clients and pursue opportunities within the existing client base.
Deliver a high-quality client experience aligned with Trucordia’s values and service standards.

Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- 2-4+ years of insurance experience.
- Personal Lines experience required.
- Commercial Lines exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities through client conversations.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing service and sales responsibilities.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, client-facing office environment.

Pay
The draw/salary range for this position is $50,000–$65,000+, depending on factors such as geographic location, years of insurance sales experience, existing or portable book of business, and demonstrated ability to grow book revenue.
Schedule
This role offers base compensation plus 25% commission on new business.
