About the role
Join our High- Performing Commercial Banking Team! We are seeking a proven C&I Senior Relationship Manager to play a key role in growing and deepening our commercial banking portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business clients, delivering tailored financial solutions that drive their success while contributing meaningfully to the bank’s growth.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base, leveraging expertise in credit, business development, and market insights to identify opportunities, structure complex solutions, and build long-term relationships with up-market clients.
- Collaborate across internal teams, influence key credit decisions, and lead strategic client engagements while shaping the future of our commercial banking presence in the communities we serve.
Requirements
- Experience serving commercial businesses with annual revenues up to $250MM
- Established COI network within the Commercial Business GAR segment

- Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades customers; negotiates significant terms
