Sr. Regional Inventory Control Manager

About the role

Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site launches, expansions, and inventory transitions
• Develop comprehensive inventory control strategies and standards
• Design efficient warehouse operations and material flows
• Define resource requirements and staffing for new sites
• Collaborate with IT for system implementations pre-production
• Establish inventory accuracy and material traceability processes
• Assess operational risks and readiness prior to production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain within manufacturing
• 5+ years leading inventory control teams cross-functionally
• Demonstrated experience with greenfield manufacturing sites and NPI
• Strong expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management systems
• Experience in ERP and barcode technologies, preferably SAP
• Excellent skills in project management, analysis, and problem solving

Pay

$135,700 – $244,300 annually
