About the role
Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead site launches, expansions, and inventory transitions
- Develop comprehensive inventory control strategies and standards
- Design efficient warehouse operations and material flows
- Define resource requirements and staffing for new sites
- Collaborate with IT for system implementations pre-production
- Establish inventory accuracy and material traceability processes
- Assess operational risks and readiness prior to production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain within manufacturing
- 5+ years leading inventory control teams cross-functionally
- Demonstrated experience with greenfield manufacturing sites and NPI
- Strong expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Experience in ERP and barcode technologies, preferably SAP
- Excellent skills in project management, analysis, and problem solving

Pay
$135,700 – $244,300 annually
