Regional Inventory Control Manager
About the role
Jabil is seeking a Regional Inventor Control (IC) Manager to lead materials operations in the US region. The role involves deploying systems, tools, processes, and procedures, tracking regional performance, and providing coaching to managers and professionals.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a Regional Improvement Plan for Materials Operations in conjunction with OPS VPs and Regional Ops Development.
- Execute Tactical Day-to-Day requirements.
- Assure Best-in-Class Internal Customer Satisfaction and Service.
- Coach, Lead, Mentor with a POSITIVE Attitude.
- Maintain strong Internal Customer Relationships at all levels.
- Identify expected results prior to engagement with customers and/or plants.
- Establish metrics to monitor and ensure effective implementation.
- Work closely with corporate SCM & Logistics team to communicate activities and objectives.
- Co-opt support from any necessary functional areas to accomplish the goals outlined.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR an appropriate business-related equivalent experience and training. Master’s degree (M. A.) in Business of Finance preferred.
- Experience: Plus 10 plus years business experience in a relevant Jabil position OR equivalent external work experience, including at least 5 years experience in management role.
- Must have experience using SAP or other inventory control systems.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills.
- Ability to influence with data.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience needed.
- Willingness to travel within the region up to 75% of the time with occasional International Travel possible as business required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
- Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
- Strong financial and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and managing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
- Strong and convincing communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and managing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
- Strong and convincing communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $115,500 - $207,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth and resilient self.
