Sr. Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing organization in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who excels in a fast-moving environment, balances proactive sourcing with applicant-driven hiring, and builds strong partnerships with business leaders and HR teams. The role focuses on managing a broad portfolio of mid-level roles and specialized openings while delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from initial intake through offer acceptance. Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, guiding each opening from intake discussions through final offer completion and acceptance. • Identify, evaluate, and engage talent through direct sourcing, application review, screening conversations, and interview coordination. • Build targeted candidate pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels to support both current and future hiring needs. • Partner closely with HR stakeholders and hiring leaders to align on talent needs, resolve recruiting challenges, and shape competitive offer recommendations. • Prepare and manage offer details in Workday, including compensation-related information such as salary and incentive components where applicable. • Track requisition activity closely and take action to accelerate searches that are nearing extended aging timelines. • Provide recruiting coverage across multiple business areas and adjust priorities as demand shifts among teams and functions. • Advise leaders on market approach, talent availability, and practical hiring strategies for specialized or hard-to-fill positions, including roles in less accessible locations. • Support searches across a variety of functions, including plant leadership, technical, legal, corporate, sales, account management, and engineering roles. • 7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong background in full-cycle talent acquisition. • Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate, engineering, and other mid-level roles requiring strong attention to detail across diverse business functions. • Strong sourcing capability with the ability to find talent for specialized, competitive, or difficult-to-fill openings. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, including hands-on familiarity with Workday. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across hiring managers and HR partners. • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and quality of execution. • Comfortable working independently, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering results in a high-visibility environment. • Resourceful and consultative approach, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and recommend effective hiring solutions.
