About the role
The Sr. Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent while delivering a strong candidate experience. Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Coordinate the interview process and manage candidate experience
- Extend offers and support negotiations
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks
- Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships
- Create and execute a strategy to build and maintain the employer brand
- Represent company at fashion events and networking opportunities
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Fashion, or related field
- 5-10+ years of managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
