SR. PSYCHOLOGIST, CF (SPECIALIST) - PIP - CA Institution for Women
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Psychologist, Specialist to join our team at California Institution for Women in Corona, San Bernardino County. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing public safety and promoting successful community reintegration through education, treatment, and active participation in rehabilitative and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical systems expert and provide psychological consultation relating to the institution’s health care performance management programs and processes.
- Act as an advisor to institution executives and liaison with the Statewide Quality Officer, Quality Management Section staff, statewide executives, other institution Chief Quality Officers (CQO), and stakeholder groups.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical psychology, performance management, and quality improvement within a correctional or healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Pay
Base salary is subject to a 3% reduction under the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025), with 5 PLP 2025 leave credits provided monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect recent changes.
Schedule
Full-time, with part-time and permanent intermittent options available on a prorated basis.
