Sr Program Manager, Pricing, DSP

About the role

As a Senior Pricing Manager for NA DSP, you will develop and execute recommendations for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across the US and CA. This role will be responsible for pricing models that drive the cost structure for DSPs in NA and recommend incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will partner with Program, Product, and Technology teams across Last Mile to deliver long-term scalable solutions. You will be deeply connected to the data, possess a high degree of ownership, and make excellent decisions. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions grounded in data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies and rate cards for DSPs across the US and Canada.
• Design pricing models that shape the cost structure for DSPs in North America.
• Recommend incentive strategies to drive capacity growth and operational flexibility.
• Partner with Program, Product, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, long-term solutions.
• Analyze data to inform pricing decisions and communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional business decisions and align partner teams around pricing objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.

Pay

USA, TN, Nashville: $104,100.00 – $155,400.00 USD annually

USA, WA, Bellevue: $115,600.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually
