About The Role

As a Senior Program Management Consultant at CBRE, you will lead and deliver complex program management initiatives within an assigned market or client account to support strategic business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration while developing innovative solutions and mentoring team members. This is a work from home position working EST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to define project timelines, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures to improve program effectiveness.

  • Lead the execution of initiatives and operational maintenance programs that cross area boundaries and/or multiple years.

  • Regularly collaborate with procurement team to execute RFPs and other service/pricing strategies.

  • Single point of contact responsible for understanding program scope, delivery method, identification of risks/mitigation strategies, vendor availability and procurement strategies.

  • Regularly collaborate with Facility Management and internal stakeholders to align on scope, schedule, and sequence of delivery.

  • Accountable for programmatic client facing reporting to maintain transparency of progress, completion and overall spend.

  • Collaborate with operations and client teams to drive consistency of service delivery.

  • Review business requirements and documentation from multiple sources to identify, manage, and resolve cross-initiative dependencies while ensuring consistency in approach.

  • Lead medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through completion using established project management methodologies.

  • Facilitate the development of project charters, integrated project plans, and timelines.

  • Monitor project schedules, identify risks and roadblocks, and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on active and upcoming initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop solutions and successfully manage implementation activities through project completion.

  • Prepare and present status reports, project dashboards, and updated Gantt charts to stakeholders.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance project delivery, and achieve departmental objectives.

  • Mentor and coach team members by sharing subject matter expertise and best practices.

  • Model CBRE's RISE values and foster collaboration, consensus-building, and positive stakeholder relationships.

  • Influence customer, operational, project, and service-related activities across multiple teams.

  • Solve unique business challenges using both standard project management practices and innovative approaches.

  • Drive continuous improvement by exploring new methods and solutions beyond existing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 8–10 years of relevant program or project management experience required.

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or CMM are preferred.

  • Strong ability to analyze information from multiple sources and exercise sound judgment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions and challenge existing approaches.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Strong financial and mathematical aptitude, including the ability to perform percentage, ratio, and other business-related calculations.

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and solve unique business problems with broad organizational impact.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Prominent ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
