About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in our favorite search algorithms, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain favorite search algorithms to improve relevance and accuracy
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into the search system
- Optimize search performance and user interface to enhance usability
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in search technology
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development and algorithm design
- Strong understanding of search engines and recommendation systems
- Experience with Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
