About the role
JLL is seeking a sharp, execution-focused Senior Project/Program Manager who can manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, owning outcomes end-to-end. This role requires someone who actively drives work forward, manages various phases of execution, and provides analytical depth to engagements.
Responsibilities
- Concurrently manage 5–10+ active workstreams across varying phases of execution.
- Maintain a single source of truth—tracking milestones, dependencies, owners, and blockers in real time.
- Proactively surface misalignments before they become issues, and keep all moving parts visible and accountable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
- Take an active, hands-on role in execution—directly contributing to problem-solving, solution development, and driving progress, not just overseeing it.
- Leverage data, dashboards, and KPIs to inform decision-making, track program performance, and demonstrate measurable impact.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks that translate operational data into clear, executive-ready insights.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and risks before they surface in outcomes.
- Rapidly re-prioritize workloads as business needs shift.
- Make transparent trade-off decisions, communicate changes proactively to stakeholders, and ensure the team stays focused on the highest-impact work at all times.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Take personal accountability for following through on action items and driving resolution—even in the face of ambiguity.
- Champion a culture of high-quality outcomes across yourself and the team.
- Identify, assess, and anticipate risks as projects evolve in a dynamic environment.
- Develop robust mitigation and contingency plans.
- Take ownership of driving resolution, not just escalation.
- Build strong partnerships across functions.
- Navigate complex organizational structures, foster open communication, and align diverse stakeholders to deliver cohesive outcomes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and solutions clearly and concisely—both upward and across teams.
- Tailor communication style to audience needs.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through hands-on involvement and thorough review.
- Proactively manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources through structured change control processes.
- Lead post-project reviews to capture insights and best practices.
- Continuously seek and implement improvements to how the team operates.
Qualifications
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Operations).
- Experience: At least 5–7 years in business operations, with proven project management experience actively executing work, not just overseeing it. Experience managing multiple simultaneous programs is required.
- Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-threaded workstreams with precision. Known for creating clarity out of chaos and keeping teams aligned without micromanaging.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable building and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports. Able to translate data into decisions and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Prioritization & Decisiveness: Comfortable making sound judgment calls with incomplete information. Knows when to escalate versus drive to resolution independently.
- Executional Agility: Proven ability to work proactively, independently, and hands-on in fast-paced, high-change environments. Adapts quickly without losing quality or momentum.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders, from frontline team members to senior leadership.
- Digital Fluency: Proficiency with AI, project management, and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or equivalent). Embraces technology to streamline work and enhance visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong cross-functional partnership skills. Builds trust quickly and aligns diverse teams around shared goals.
- Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguity. Proactively seeks clarity and pivots effectively when priorities shift.
