About the role

Talent is our greatest asset and the foundation of our innovation. We are seeking a strategic, analytically-minded, and results-driven Program Manager to join our People Organization and lead the way we listen to, understand, and act on the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Arcitect a scalable, multi-channel feedback framework that captures the employee voice consistently and at scale, aligned to business priorities and embedded into broader organizational strategy
  • Own end-to-end listening programs, including annual engagement surveys and targeted lifecycle feedback mechanisms aligned to key employee moments
  • Design and scale qualitative research practices, including focus groups and interviews, to uncover the “why” behind the data
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative insights from all feedback channels, synthesizing trends into clear leadership-ready narratives that inform decision-making and drive meaningful action planning
  • Own the systems roadmap for employee feedback tools, leveraging automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive org-wide adoption of listening insights through strong stakeholder management, equipping HR teams, people leaders, and other stakeholders with toolkits, training, and self-service analytics to confidently interpret and act on results
  • Track and support the execution of action plans stemming from listening cycles, partnering across HR teams and business leaders to monitor progress, sustain accountability, and communicate results transparently back to employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, STEM) or the equivalent in work experience
  • Proven experience in survey operations, people analytics, or employee engagement, with a demonstrated track record of designing and owning programs that translate feedback into measurable action
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience leading enterprise software development projects and hands-on proficiency with data visualization tools
  • Deep analytical knowledge with the ability to drive high-quality data collection, interpret complex trends, derive actionable insights, and influence scalable reporting/dashboards
  • Exceptional project management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results with precision in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence across all levels of an organization

Pay

Expected Compensation $112,000 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
