PROGRAM MANAGER, SR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure programs are performed within specific Program award budgets.
• Lead a team of Program Managers.
• Schedule controls to assure on-time contract performance with appropriate resources allocated.
• Contractual submittals to assure timely production of documents, reports, and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements.
• Customer relations to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Be the face of Valcor to our customers.

Requirements

• A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience managing complex Programs.
• Demonstrated financial skills.
• Excellent communications techniques.
• A BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred.
• An advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience preferable but not required.
• Mandated US person criteria.

Qualifications

• A clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures.

Skills
