Sr Manager, Program Management
About the role
The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leadership role within Corporate Operations, responsible for driving large-scale, complex, cross-functional global supply chain programs that support enterprise priorities across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex, cross-functional global supply chain programs
- Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to corporate objectives and business priorities
- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, governance structures, and decision-making forums
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans
- Oversee interdependencies across multiple projects, functions, regions, and business units
- Develop and manage program budgets, resource plans, and financial forecasts
- Track program performance against KPIs, including cost savings, efficiency gains, supply continuity, and operational improvements
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and proactively recommend mitigation or optimization strategies
- Lead executive steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise updates on program status, risks, decisions, and outcomes
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse, geographically dispersed teams
- Establish and reinforce PMO standards, governance, tools, and best practices
- Mentor and guide project managers and contribute to a high-performing PMO culture
- Drive continuous improvement in program and project management processes, tools, and methodologies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required
- 15+ years of progressive experience in program or project management
- 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong experience in global supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
- Experience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry
- Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level transformation programs
- Experience partnering with senior leadership across multiple functions and business units
- Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and business case deliverables
- Experience driving initiatives related to network optimization, cost transformation, supply continuity, operational efficiency, or digital supply chain capabilities
- Experience mentoring project managers or contributing to PMO capability development
- Proficiency with program/project management tools such as Planview, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience in regulatory compliance, particularly FDA and ISO 13485
- Experience in cross-functional operating models across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D
- Experience in risk, issue, and dependency management across complex programs
- Experience in program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and KPI tracking
- Experience in change management principles and communication practices for complex global organizations

Benefits
Annualized base salary range: $145,000 to $241,000, with bonuses eligible. Final compensation packages will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
