Sr. Program Manager, AWS PXT Marketing

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS), the world's leading cloud platform, is seeking a Senior HR Program Manager to join the dynamic Marketing HR team. You will independently manage and drive programs and initiatives for the Audible Talent Operations & Programs team, leading cross-functional projects from conception to implementation, including process improvements, system enhancements, and change management initiatives. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution to orchestrate high-impact HR initiatives across the AWS Marketing organization, harmonizing efforts across multiple HR functions such as Business Partners, Talent Management, People Analytics, and Diversity & Inclusion teams.

You will use AI to simplify processes across talent, compensation, and PXT projects, ensuring successful delivery of operational improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures
• Lead the implementation of new tools and processes, including user acceptance testing and training material development
• Track and manage project milestones, proactively identifying risks and communicating status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Execute change management activities by creating comprehensive user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking mechanisms
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize feedback, and drive consensus on solutions
• Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements across talent management and change management processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of change management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting relationships
• Experience with AI/ML technologies

Pay

The base salary range for this position varies by location:

• New York, NY: $138,400 - $187,300 USD annually
• Arlington, VA: $125,800 - $170,200 USD annually
• Seattle, WA: $125,800 - $170,200 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
