About the role
CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company servicing the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. The Senior Production Supervisor coordinates and assigns production activities, ensures production targets are met, maintains quality standards, and drives P&L results within an assigned area or shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise workers operating production machinery, assembling items, performing quality control, or packaging goods for shipment.
- Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Meet or surpass daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with accurate reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
- Conduct workforce planning and manpower forecasting to align staffing with production goals and business objectives.
- Deliver clear information during shift transition meetings to prepare the next shift for success.
- Provide escalation support for issues during work shifts.
- Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are promptly resolved.
- Engage in employee relations initiatives, addressing and resolving concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in P&L forecasting and analysis, alongside labor planning and scheduling.
- Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
- Coordinate work flow and ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet demand and appropriate staffing.
- Provide training, motivation, and support to employees regarding company and departmental procedures, development opportunities, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
- Capable problem-solving and decision-making with a strategic, results-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication.
- Professional customer engagement skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- General knowledge of OSHA Standards.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service, or forward logistics operations.
- Supervising temporary staff.
- Experience working with UKG and Kronos.
- Ability to develop and articulate a clear strategic vision.
Educational Requirements
Associate degree preferred or equivalent years of hands-on experience.

Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
