As a Sr Product Manager – Origination, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical origination capabilities, ensuring exceptional experiences for our members. You’ll bridge business product leaders, product owners, and technology teams, aligning priorities and driving cohesive execution across complex lending and deposit ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex products, systems, and applications, aligning with organizational goals and member needs.
  • Growth & Acquisition Leadership: Design and implement strategies to drive member acquisition, new business growth, and long-term product success.
  • Business Performance Management: Define, manage, and monitor KPIs, including NPS, P&L performance, cost allocations, campaign effectiveness, and financial projections.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Credit Risk, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Partner with business product leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to align priorities and shape roadmaps.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, uncover member behaviors, measure success, and surface improvement opportunities.
  • Member-Centered Innovation: Bring the voice of the member into product discussions, strategy development, and decision-making.
  • Strategic Influence: Guide complex product decisions, balancing strategic priorities, member experience, risk, and technical feasibility.
  • Product Development Leadership: Oversee research, concept development, UX design, and delivery activities to improve capabilities and experiences.
  • Release & Prioritization Management: Manage release goals, priorities, and dependencies across multiple products and systems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish, track, and evaluate product performance metrics to measure effectiveness and business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Refine product vision, priorities, and roadmaps based on insights, lessons learned, and market needs.
  • Agile Product Delivery: Work with engineering and delivery teams in Agile environments, managing backlogs, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Additional Contributions: Perform other duties to support team and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in technology, business, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
    • 7 years of product management, product development, or equivalent experience with platform technology (Agile experience preferred).
    • Experience overseeing the full product development life cycle.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
    • Experience determining product strategies based on customer feedback.
    • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Self-directed with ability to identify needs, overcome barriers, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Pay

The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, and education. Incentives are performance-based and vary by role.
