About the team

Join our high-performing IT Account Management team, comprised of professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. The team includes top-producing recruitment experts with global experience, industry specialists with over 12 years of staffing expertise, and high-achieving consultants. Our leadership fosters an environment of hands-on support, collaboration, and inclusive competition. Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships within existing accounts and maintain your network of clients through business development calls, client visits, networking, and entertainment events.
  • Apply a relationship-based sales approach to build and maintain a successful book of business.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through ongoing contact.
  • Grow contractor headcount for your designated market and act on leads passed to you.
  • Build foundational recruitment skills, knowledge, and take responsibility for your own development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities with Learning & Development.
  • Actively showcase and live the Hays values, vision, standards, and expectations for high performance.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years' experience in a staffing sales-related role.
  • Achievement-focused, resilient, authentic, and trustworthy.
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, and takes initiative.
  • Strong communicator; able to overcome obstacles and work as a team player.
  • Desire for personal development and professional growth.

  • Base compensation of $75,000, plus tiered commission.
