About the role

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Partner with proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning interventions, establishing robust learning infrastructure, and using data-driven insights to inform learning strategies. You will work directly with leaders and teams across multiple business units to accelerate capability, strengthen culture, and create scalable measurement mechanisms for learning outcomes. The role combines training facilitation, learning consultation, and systems-thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective programs and modern solutions for driving behavior change and performance.
  • Apply learning frameworks, first-principles thinking, root-cause analysis, and knowledge of emerging technologies to build engaging interventions.
  • Lead in-person and virtual programs on leadership, communication, motivation, and culture building.
  • Adapt learning interventions (content, delivery, tools) for diverse audiences.
  • Query and analyze data to correlate learning interventions with potential outcomes (retention, performance, operational efficiency, etc.).
  • Design, implement, and scale learning outcome measurement systems, including dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data workflows.
  • Apply survey design, longitudinal tracking, statistical basics, and trend analysis to create feedback loops that effectively identify inefficiencies, quality gaps, and opportunities.
  • Transform complex learning and HR data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that enable decision-making at the leadership level.
  • Maintain strong end-to-end ownership of assigned learning programs from scoping, design, and development through to execution and implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR in dynamic, fast-paced, high-change environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to interpret learning metrics, behavior change, and business impact.
  • Strong ability to query and analyze data using SQL, advanced Excel, or similar tools. Experience building and maintaining dashboards/KPI frameworks using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel.
  • Proven ability to design, measure, and deliver end-to-end training programs with full ownership over the ADDIE process.
  • Strong facilitation and consulting skills, equally comfortable engaging frontline employees and senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Thrives in complexity and ambiguity, adapts quickly, and builds clarity through structured, data-driven action.

Pay

The expected compensation range is $72,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
