About the role

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, NAMER, is responsible for building awareness, creating demand, and driving revenue with Global System Integrator (GSI) and Multi-national SI/Consulting Partners in North America. This role involves managing strategic marketing plans for up to six large partners, collaborating with the sales team to design, develop, implement, and measure successful marketing programs, and driving partner-generated leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the partner.
  • Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with the GSI partner's marketing team.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class partner co-marketing plans that effectively drive awareness and adoption of AWS compute services.
  • Manage annual partner marketing budget, generating partner-led opportunities, tracking accruals, marketing spend, and reimbursement claims.
  • Work closely with the GTMS organization to understand their priorities and enable them to meet their objectives with focused lead gen activities.
  • Participate as a key stakeholder and business partner with the Americas GTMS, partner marketing, and field marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.
  • +6 years partner marketing experience with large regional and global system integrator partners.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated history of building and executing high-impact, data-driven marketing programs with and through large consulting partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, executive presence, and project and account management skills.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams to deliver joint account content and programs.
  • Experience marketing Cloud services.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Please refer to the specific location for the salary range.

Schedule

Amazon operates on a flexible schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Employees can choose between a 9/80 schedule (nine days per workweek, eight hours per day) or a 4/10 schedule (four days per workweek, ten hours per day).
