The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate transactions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the legal principles and practices related to the acquisition, development, and divestiture of real estate. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal team, providing legal assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our energy projects. Job Details Responsibilities: As a Senior Paralegal, you will: 1. Provide comprehensive legal support to our team of attorneys on a wide range of energy projects. 2. Review, analyze, and summarize real estate documents, including leases, deeds, land contracts, easements, and rights of way. 3. Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence on real estate and energy matters. 4. Prepare and manage various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda. 5. Coordinate and facilitate communication between our legal team, clients, and external counsel. 6. Assist in the preparation and management of regulatory filings and compliance matters. 7. Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all legal documents and transactions. 8. Participate in the development and implementation of departmental best practices and procedures. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. A Paralegal Certificate is a plus. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably within the Energy industry. 3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Data Center industry. 4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents. 5. Exceptional research skills with the ability to conduct in-depth legal and regulatory research. 6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels. 8. Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
