About the role

The Sr. Paid Media Manager will lead and scale Conductor's paid acquisition and growth programs. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, partnerships, and demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize Conductor’s paid acquisition strategy across channels including paid search, paid social, paid media partnerships to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Lead Conductor’s influencer marketing program as a growth channel, identifying and partnering with industry creators and experts to produce high-performing campaigns that expand brand reach and drive demand.
  • Build and scale partner and affiliate co-marketing programs, collaborating with technology partners, agencies, and industry organizations to drive joint campaigns and new audience reach.
  • Manage paid media programs, including newsletter sponsorships and sponsored content, that increase visibility with target audiences.
  • Develop and execute Conductor’s external community strategy, engaging in platforms such as Reddit and other online marketing communities, developing thoughtful engagement strategies that build trust and foster authentic dialogue with community members.
  • Collaborate closely with demand generation, content, product marketing, and marketing operations teams to align campaigns with broader pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance across channels, optimizing spend and strategy based on pipeline contribution, efficiency, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel paid acquisition programs, including paid search and paid social.
  • Experience building and scaling influencer, affiliate, or partner marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and external vendors or agencies.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and performance measurement frameworks.
