About the role

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Manage budgets and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and retargeting
  • Understanding of PPC (pay-per-click) advertising
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and its reporting features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
