Sr Oracle Technical Functional Analyst OSG is a commercial printing and customer communications management company headquartered in Carol Stream, Illinois. We produce and deliver billing statements, notices and other critical communications for clients across the country, with nine facilities and roughly 870 employees in 34 states. Our billing, inventory and purchasing for a portion of our businesses is run on Oracle E-Business Suite R12. We are looking for a senior Oracle professional to own that platform to keep it accurate, stable, and a step ahead of problems. Responsibilities: Own billing accuracy. Resolve AutoInvoice rejections, AR and revenue file issues, and invoice interfaces to Great Plains and DataServ — fixing the root cause, not just the symptom. Lead month-end close, including onboarding new clients into billing and handling metering and FedEx supplemental uploads. Run pricing changes safely: annual USPS postage increases, client price and coupon updates, and statement minimums — scripted, tested in non-production and reconciled after go-live. Support inventory and purchasing: PO receipts and approvals, quantity-on-hand and transaction corrections, and usage and stock reporting for our sites. Build and maintain PL/SQL, concurrent programs, and Oracle APEX reports and alerts that help support and finance teams catch failures early. Configure and support Portal client data: client setup, archives, job and image purges, and status and notification issues. Direct an offshore team: write clear stories with acceptance criteria, review code, approve production migrations, and run a clean end-of-day handover. Serve as the escalation point for P1/P2 Oracle and portal incidents. Keep work visible: maintain current status and logged effort on the board, and propose fixes for recurring issues instead of waiting for tickets.
