Sr. Technical Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Domain and Requirements Analysis
  • Serve as primary analyst.
  • Collaborate with business teams and product owners to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with business policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Stakeholder Leadership and Delivery
  • Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Manage scope, prioritize work, and support successful delivery execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a small development team.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a technical or functional analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience leading a small development team.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, M365, Claude, or similar) to support requirements, documentation, and analysis tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe or Scrum experience.
• Experience with Mainframe technology.
• Experience with group disability and tax reporting.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
