Sr. Technical Functional Analyst

Responsibilities
- Domain and Requirements Analysis
- Serve as primary analyst.
- Collaborate with business teams and product owners to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
- Ensure alignment with business policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Stakeholder Leadership and Delivery
- Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Manage scope, prioritize work, and support successful delivery execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small development team.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a technical or functional analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Experience leading a small development team.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, M365, Claude, or similar) to support requirements, documentation, and analysis tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe or Scrum experience.
- Experience with Mainframe technology.
- Experience with group disability and tax reporting.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
